Did not have an ocean view but has nice porches to sit outside. The house is great. Very roomy. Some minor repairs need to be done. Dishwasher needs wheels on bottom shelf, 1st floor bedroom on right needs floor repairs by bathtub, and elevator is very temperamental.

Perfect Group Beach House

We had a group of 14 adults and were extremely happy with the size of the house and all the amenities. We never felt cramped and were still able to have plenty of privacy. You can’t beat the short walk to the beach. Would love to stay here again.

Beautiful property and home. Ideal location with easy access to the beach. Suggestions to consider: front door key code didn’t work. Pool area had stinging red ants on tables and chairs. An exterminator would be helpful.

great house

15 senior women stayed at the house in early September 2023. The house was perfect for us. The kitchen was large, modern, and fully equipped. The bathrooms were great too. The best part - the elevator.

Overall, I was disappointed in the condition of the house. It definitely needs some improvements. Also I paid extra to have the pool heated, but it didn't seem any warmer than the normal temperature. I would suggest a retractable pool cover to keep it warm.

Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay. The house was big enough for our four families. The house was very clean up in arrival. The property manager was very responsive when called. The beach was close within walking distance but recommend renting a golf cart to cart beach supplies. Shopping was near by. We really liked the house and location. We would go back to this property.

Great House for multi-family intergenerational trip

The house was beautiful and had a great layout. We had an issue with the internet and the pool wasn't as clean as hoped for. Carolina One the property manager sent folks out to deal with both issues within a few hours of our phone call. Our only complaint was that the dryer could use an upgrade, but that was a minor issue. We absolutely loved the location and house amenities.

Awesome stay in Isle of Palms

The house was great, very spacious and clean. Convenient location close to the beach and centrally located within Isle of Palms. We really enjoyed the outdoor spaces, including the pool. Check-in and check-out were very easy. One thing to note, there is only a small amount of toilet paper, paper towels, hand/bar soap, and shampoo/conditioner, so you may need to bring your own. I would have hoped for more from a listing/house this nice, but this is a relatively minor issue in the grand scheme of things. Overall, our group had an excellent time and we would stay here again!

Perfect property for multi-family group

We had a great stay. We had 5 families all together. Many of the rooms have their own bathroom or share with a children’s room, which was perfect for us. The kitchen has so many dishes, glasses, salad and mixing bowls, storage containers. The two sinks made prep and clean up smooth, as well. Some of the main floor furniture is showing some wear, but overall, we felt lucky to be there: the beach was beautiful & Carolina One really looked after us well; they were responsive and kind. House was pristinely clean, etc. Just be aware that the house is on the main road of Isle of Palms. It’s very close to the beach but there’s also a steady flow of traffic

Accommodating for large group

The place was nice and great for accommodating a large group of people, but it was not cleaned very well in some places of the house (needs a deep clean). There was a lot of dust in areas and some mold on the windows. Some of the windows and outside doors to the basement didn’t lock very well (although the doors that lead into the house did lock). Some of the carpets also need changing. Small updates like new pillows would make a huge difference. The location was great, and it was excellent having multiple bathrooms. Overall, the house was great for a large group of people.

Great home; no problems!

This house fits a lot of people and is also well stocked for the amount of people it can hold (pots, pans, plates etc). We stayed here with my elderly parents and a person in a wheelchair. The elevator worked for them (once doors properly shut) and there was space for 19 of us. It does echo a lot because there are very few textiles, I assume due to sand. Some of the bathroom doorways are very narrow, which is not great for a wheelchair, but the main floor master with the powder room sufficed. The walk to the beach is so easy and we also enjoyed our equipment rental by ordering bikes. It was the perfect family reunion house and we appreciate the management's communications with us. No problems!

Great location, excellent for large groups.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was perfect for our large group of friends, each with their spouses/children. The walk to the beach was short and the pool was a great escape for the kids when we returnwd from the beach. A longer drive than expected to downtown Charleston (~25min), but our group mainly stayed at the house. Highly recommended!

The “Adirondack” House

The “Adirondack” House was perfect for our extended family who traveled from 3 different states to attend a destination wedding. Everyone had privacy and there was plenty of space for the whole group as well as smaller groups. The house was beautifully decorated and definitely met the needs of our family.

Family reunion

We had a great time: loved the house, its location within walking distance to the beach, comfortable and clean beds,, roomy common area, large kitchen, pool, etc. there were a coupleof things that would be great to improve. 1. Stove is terrible, ignition does not work and when you finally ignite it, there is a smell of gas. Definitely needs to be replaced. 2. Supplies for kitchen, such as paper towels and especially garbage bags are very limited. It is very inconvenient and , considering the size of the house and price of the rent, feels “cheap”. 3. One of the rooms advertised as a bedroom is actually a closet of the master bedroom converted into a tiny bedroom with a bunk bed. You can only get into that room through the master bathroom. Again, overall we enjoyed the house very much.

Great Location & Nice House

We had a 16 people, kids and adults, and we had plenty of room. The bedrooms were plenty and well appointed. Some upkeep from the season probably needs to happen, but overall it was clean and well worth the stay! It is not far from the beach and very walkable.
