Regarding the hot tub, we’d like to clarify that it is professionally cleaned and serviced between every guest. While it was fully sanitized and ready for use, some natural staining can occur over time, which may give the appearance of discoloration even when the water and surfaces are clean. While we do not typically provide personal bath products such as shampoo and body wash, we understand that this is important to many guests. After receiving your feedback, we are actively reconsidering this and exploring ways to better meet guest expectations in this area. Our checkout procedures, including stripping beds and starting laundry, help us maintain high cleanliness standards and prepare cabins promptly for incoming guests. We understand, however, that this may not suit every traveler, and we appreciate your perspective. Our goal is always to provide clean, comfortable, and relaxing mountain getaways, and we’re grateful for your feedback as we work toward that standard.
