Parking:

• The main property driveway fits up to 3 vehicles.

• There is no street parking available.

• There's also additional parking at the clubhouse. Please do not park in the street; your car will be towed.





Resort Access:

• Enjoy complimentary access to the Bella Vida Resort. (Open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm)

• Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, RV's, commercial vehicle, campers, U-Hauls, etc)

Nestled over at the Bella Vida Resort, just a measly 20 mins away from the magical kingdom of Walt Disney World (yeah, we're basically neighbors!), you'll be hanging out on the hip side of US192 in Kissimmee. Now, the Bella Vida Resort Clubhouse? It's not your grandma's clubhouse – this thing is massive, like, over 6,700 sqft of pure awesomeness. • Please be advised that the community pool will be closed from Tuesday, March 3, 2026, through Monday, March 9, 2026, for retiling, and the basketball court is also closed for scheduled maintenance.



Add-On Services:

- Pool heating: $35/night

- Hot tub heating: $35/night

- Pool + hot tub combo: $60/night (2-night minimum)

- We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.



Convenience Rentals:

- Planning a BBQ? A propane tank is available for a one-time $69 charge. Let us know in advance, and we’ll make sure you’re all set to grill and enjoy!

- Pack 'N Play crib: $40

- Highchair: $40



House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around our property and risk a fine of $150 and/or your full deposit will be forfeited.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Please clean up after yourselves.

4. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit.

5 . Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited on the property.

• If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
