Here on the rippling waters of Baskins Creek, you'll have a private balcony where you can breathe in the fresh mountain air, a gas fireplace to curl up next to each evening, and shared amenities that include a seasonal swimming pool, a hot tub, and a fitness room.



Currently, the lobby is adorned with charming Christmas decorations. Ideal for family pictures and holiday memories. The condo also includes covered parking, making it easy to leave your car behind and stroll into downtown Gatlinburg without the stress of crowded parking.



All beds now have luxury, high-thread-count linens and gel pillows to enhance your comfort and experience.



The Baskins Creek complex is located in downtown Gatlinburg, only three blocks south of the Parkway. You can catch the Gatlinburg Trolley right out front, or easily walk to Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, Ripley's Believe It or Not!, the Hollywood Star Cars Museum, the quaint Village Shoppes, and the Gatlinburg Convention Center. The complex is one mile east of the aerial tram and skate rink at Ober Gatlinburg and one mile north of Great Smoky Mountains National Park, where you can hike portions of the Appalachian Trail, fish in 2,900 miles of streams, and observe wildlife in Cades Cove. Pigeon Forge, only eight miles north, is home to Dolly Parton's Dollywood, The Island in Pigeon Forge, and several renowned dinner theaters as well.
