The cabin was awesome! Very spacious with extra bedding options in the basement area. Our kids loved the video games.

The cabin was huge and easily could have slept 10 because of all the sleeper sofas. There are 3 levels which means lots of space and steps! It is 2 levels of steps to get to the kitchen and master bedroom. The cabin was very clean and the owner made check-in and check-out very easy. I even messaged for the wifi code late the first day we arrived and received a response in minutes! The cell service is okay, but 5G is non-existent at the cabin so you need wifi. Beware the drive in to the cabin. It was dark when we arrived and it had rained. The roads leading to the cabin for the last mile or so are very steep and curvy. There is a tiny do not enter sign when you get to the loop the cabin is on. We didn't see it the first time and had to back down one of the steep roads. The pool table and foosball table were a lot of fun and well taken care of. The jets on the hot tub did not work, but it was warm. There are 4 tvs, maybe 5, throughout the cabin.

We loved our stay in the cabin with our kids. Conveniently located close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. There were some very steep hills to get to the house which made it a little scary with the snow that we had. There are a few things that could have made it nicer. It was a pretty empty house other than things on the listing. No coffee pods, grounds or filters, no oil or seasonings to cook with except for black pepper. There were only 6 bath towels which maybe it hard to have clean towels for the 6 of us plus a baby to take showers, baths, and dry off after getting in the hot tub. The dryer worked very poorly. It took 3 hours to dry a smaller than normal load of laundry. There were two windows that were open a couple inches which made it chilly without us realizing it. The came room was fun, the kids loved the arcade game barrel. It would have been nice to have some board games as well. All in all it really was a beautiful cabin and worked for what we needed it for, those are just a few of the things that could likely be easily fixed to make it more comfortable for the next person. Or at least come more prepared than we did.
