You`re just 5–20 minutes from top attractions like Old San Juan, the Convention Center, San Juan Cruise Port, Plaza Las Américas, La Placita and SJU.

For a stress-free experience, we recommend using Uber or taxis, as parking in the area can be limited. Uber is affordable, convenient, and widely available throughout San Juan. If you’re interested in guided tours or private transportation, we’re happy to share recommendations for trusted tour guides and drivers to help you explore the island with ease.

Please Note: Power and water outages can occasionally occur on the island. The lively Condado scene may include some street noise—light sleepers may want to bring earplugs. Seasonal bugs are common in tropical climates; turning off outdoor lights helps keep them away. Also avoid leaving doors open, as well as windows without screens, to avoid unwanted guests. We do our best to ensure a clean and comfortable stay.

Laundry is first come, first served. Please don’t move or handle laundry that isn’t yours.

We work hard to keep everything in great condition, and if anything isn’t quite right during your stay, we’ll respond quickly to fix it. In the rare event something can’t be repaired or an issue is truly beyond our control, we’ll explore other options — but please give us the opportunity to make things right first.

Adjacent to the Condado Lagoon Park and a short stroll to the beach and Condado Strip, this area is full of tourist attractions and activities. Kayaks and paddle boards are available for renting within 20 steps from your door. Surfing, sailing, snorkeling, windsurfing, kitesurfing, beach volleyball, beach soccer and other beach sports are common along Condado beach. Two short blocks away from the Condado Strip at Ashford Avenue, walk to all the restaurants, five star hotels, casinos and the best nightlife Condado has to offer. In addition, there is a Walgreens pharmacy and grocery stores open 24/7. Three blocks to the Puerto Rico Museum of Modern Art, or a 5 minute car ride to the Museum of Art of Puerto Rico. Only 10 minutes from San Juan International Airport, Old San Juan and our major business district. The biggest Shopping Mall in the Caribbean, Plaza Las Americas and Puerto Rico`s first luxury shopping destination, The Mall of San Juan is also a 10 minutes drive.

We are centrically located and acceccible in Condado. UBER and Public transportation is easily available at all times. Everything you need is within a 5 to 10 minutes walk. We are 3 miles to Old San Juan, 10 minutes to SJU airport and a short walking distance to all hotels, restaurants, casinos, grocery stores, Walgreens 24/7 within the tourist zone of Condado.

We take pride in keeping everything in top shape, but if something breaks, we’ll work quickly to fix it. Refunds are only given in rare cases when repairs can’t be made or for situations beyond our control—please give us the chance to make it right first!
House Rules

1. Check-In & Check-Out:
- Check-in: 3:00 PM
- Check-out: 11:00 AM

2. Guest Registration:
- Please provide a list of names and contact numbers for everyone in your group.
- No unregistered guests allowed at any time.

3. Quiet Hours:
- Quiet time is from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM
- Keep it cozy and considerate! No loud parties or noises.

4. No Smoking:
- Smoking is a no-no inside our apartments or premises.
- A $200.00 fee will be charged if air cleaning is needed.

5. No Pets:
- Sorry, but pets aren’t allowed.

6. Front Gate Security:
- For your safety, please keep the front gate locked at all times.

7. Key Policy:
- Lost your key? Replacement costs $100.00.

8. Liability:
- We’re not liable for injury, damage, or loss of your personal belongings. Stay safe!

9. Garbage Disposal:
- Dispose of your garbage in the large bins out front.
- Let’s keep the place clean and tidy!

10. Parking:
- If you were assigned a spot, stick to your assigned parking spot, please!
- Don’t park on the neighbor’s sidewalk—there’s a $75.00 fine for that.
- We’re not responsible for your vehicle, so park with care!

11. No Illegal Activity:
- Keep it legal and respectful—no illegal activity allowed.

12. Kitchen Courtesy:
- Return the kitchen just like you found it—clean and ready for the next meal!

13. No Hanging Items:
- Please don’t hang towels, swimsuits, or clothes on the balconies. Use the hooks in the laundry room instead.

14. Owner’s Right to Entry:
- We may enter the premises to protect, inspect, show, or make repairs as needed.
