Beautiful views in the perfect location

My husband and I stayed here for the first week of our honeymoon and had a great time. We loved the views from the unit and felt the location couldn’t be better! It was also very nice to have a parking spot for our rental. Beautiful location, clean unit, lots of great restaurants and fun night life near by. We loved our stay!

Beautiful View of Condado!

The rental property was awesome! Just what we needed. We spent a lot of time on the balcony enjoying the view. Comfortable bed, great walk in closet and beautifully decorated.

Condado Beach Vacation

Great efficiency condo. All we needed to have a comfortable stay. Great location, close to restaurants and near Old San Juan. Property Manager was very helpful with instructions for checking in and suggestions for restaurants and coffee shops. We had a great time.

We had a wonderful stay. The apt was as advertised and very clean. It was walking distance to restaurants, beach and nightlife. The host was always available and checked on often by text.

This place will not disappoint. Jacqueline is amazing extremely kind and helpful. Location, view, amenities, secure, parking, convenience, ect! Everything’s exactly what you need for a short or long vacay. I would recommend. PLEASE don’t second guess.

Amazing views

The first impression walking in was the spectacular views from this apartment! Our stay was very brief, but this is a beautiful place that felt very secure and was in a great location for walking access to restaurants, shops, and the beach. Would definitely book again!

Out of all the years we have stayed at vacation homes, Jacqueline was by far our most gracious host. She genuinely cared that we had a wonderful stay in Puerto Rico. The building is quiet, the neighborhood is safe, walkable, close to restaurants and grocery stores, and is within a block of the nearest beach. Great rental!!!

Nice condo with a view

This condo was just as described and had great views. It was a good location we were minutes from the beach and a short Uber ride to old San Juan. Communication with the host was easy and efficient and she answered any questions we had. It was a perfect place for just my husband and I for the week in San Juan.

Great choice !!

This place was phenomenal! Amazing views of Condado and coastline! Condo had everything you need to have the most restful and relaxing vacation. Owner was very involved. Having a secured parking spot was great. Location could not be better. I will be back again for sure.

The apartment is conveniently located in Ashford Avenue, the fashionable Condado district of San Juan with a beautiful beachfront and vibrant nightlife. El Condado is one of the main tourist areas of San Juan and home to many fine restaurants, grocery stores, and tourist shops. There are Luxury Hotels and Casinos in the immediate vicinity that includes the 'Marriott & Casino', 'Condado Plaza Hotel & Casino' and “Radisson Ambassador Plaza Hotel & Casino'. All within walking distance from the apartment. Free access to the beach, a short block from the apartment.

Because is a corner apartment with large floor-to-ceiling windows the views are mesmerizing panoramic of the city and ocean. The balcony is a big plus, you can take in the ocean view while sipping on a glass of wine or just simply enjoy the sea breeze and watch the sun slowly set from your own private balcony. The apartment is tastefully decorated with an elegant modern style that preserves the tropical atmosphere.
