Suissevale Lake Retreat - Hot Tub, Beach and Games

Welcome to The Olympia Pines Retreat, your year-round escape in the heart of the Suissevale community on beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee. Surrounded by trees and quiet neighborhood streets, this bright and inviting home is designed for families and groups who want space to connect, relax, and enjoy the Lakes Region in every season.

From the moment you arrive, the home feels warm and comfortable. Modern finishes blend seamlessly with plush, cozy touches, creating a space that’s easy to settle into and hard to leave. Mornings begin slowly on the screened porch with coffee and fresh air, while plans for the day take shape—whether that means heading to the private beach, launching kayaks, or exploring nearby trails.

Inside, the open living areas bring everyone together. The kitchen and dining spaces are made for shared meals and long conversations, while the living room offers a comfortable spot to unwind after a full day outdoors. Downstairs, the game room becomes a hub of activity, where air hockey games and relaxed hangout time keep the fun going well into the evening.

When it’s time to truly unwind, step outside and slip into the six-person hot tub. It’s the perfect way to end a summer lake day or warm up after winter adventures. The spacious backyard, outdoor dining area, and new Weber propane grill make it easy to enjoy meals and time together under the trees.

Sleeping arrangements are designed to comfortably accommodate up to 11 guests. Bedroom 1 features a king bed, while Bedroom 2 includes two queen bunks. Bedroom 3 offers two queen bunks plus one single bed, making it great for families or groups. A bonus space with a full pull-out couch provides additional sleeping flexibility, and the home also includes 2.5 bathrooms and a dedicated laundry area for added comfort during longer stays.

As part of the Suissevale community, guests enjoy access to a private beach with updated bathrooms, a playground, volleyball courts, and calm water for paddling. The community clubhouse adds tennis and basketball courts, while quiet streets invite evening walks and bike rides.

Whether you’re here for sunny lake days, fall foliage, winter skiing, or spring hikes, The Olympia Pines Retreat offers the perfect balance of comfort, fun, and relaxation—an easy, welcoming home base for making memories in every season.

🐾 Dog-Friendly Property
This is a dog-friendly home, we love hosting well-behaved pups! To keep the space comfortable for all guests, only dogs are permitted (no cats or other pets).
Please let us know in advance if you’ll be bringing your furry friend, and be sure to add your dog to the reservation, as a pet fee applies.
Dogs need to be kept off the furniture and beds
Hot tub users should rinse off in the shower before going in
No food or drinks in the hot tub


🌅Beach Access & Use – Important Guidelines

To ensure compliance with Suissevale community rules, please review the following beach policies carefully:

1. Saturday Restrictions (July 1 – Labor Day Weekend)
Renters are not permitted to access Suissevale Beach or the beach parking lot on Saturdays during the summer season (July 1st through Labor Day weekend).
This includes:

Walking onto the beach
Entering any beach areas beyond the bridge
Using the beach parking lot

2. Boat & Jet Ski Restrictions (All Days)
Renters are not allowed to beach or dock jet skis or boats in the designated boating area at Suissevale Beach at any time.
This area is strictly reserved for Suissevale members only.

3. Permitted Access (Weekdays & Sundays Only)
Renters may access the beach only on weekdays and Sundays during the summer season (July 1st through Labor Day weekend), with proper authorization:

The homeowner must obtain a renter/parking pass in advance from the Suissevale business office
Renters must use this pass to access both the beach and parking lot
Use of a Suissevale member blue hanging tag by renters is strictly prohibited and considered a policy violation
