Welcome to Harbour Sails 5, your peaceful bayside retreat in North Ocean City — the perfect place for families and groups looking to slow down, spread out, and savor every moment of their coastal getaway. Tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood, this spacious three-level townhouse sits just a 10-minute stroll from the beach, making it easy to choose between mornings on the sand or coffee on one of four private balconies overlooking the surrounding neighborhood and bay breezes.



Start your day with a refreshing walk along a canal-view road toward local shops, restaurants, cafés, and beach access. When you're ready to unwind, return home to a comfortable living area with seating for the whole group, a cable-equipped TV for movie nights, and an open layout that makes it easy to gather. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for family meals, while the dining space sets the stage for shared breakfasts, casual lunches, or evening game nights.



Back at home, entertainment is built right in. Challenge your group to spirited Ping-Pong matches in the private garage game room, cool off in the seasonal outdoor pool, or enjoy the bayside atmosphere from one of the balconies as the sun starts to set. With 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, fast Wi-Fi, in-unit laundry, and assigned parking, this home blends comfort, convenience, and fun in all the right ways.

That’s why we provide a complimentary starter kit with essentials for your stay — including body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge — everything you need to settle in comfortably.



All linens and bath towels are included, and every bed will be freshly made before you arrive.

✹ Lifeguards are not on duty at the pool. Lifeguards are only stationed at the beach during summer season.

Is there cable TV? Are there Smart TVs?

✹ Yes, there are 4 TVs total. The living room TV has cable, and each bedroom has a TCL Roku Smart TV for streaming.



Are pets allowed?

✹ No, smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the property or on the balconies.



What is the check-in and check-out time?

✹ Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

✹ Early check-in may be available from 1–3 PM for an additional priority cleaning fee.

✹ Late check-out is not available.



What is the minimum age to rent?

✹ Guests must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire stay. We do not rent to Senior Week or student groups.



How do I access the property?

✹ We utilize an E-Lock system for easy, contactless check-in.

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as relaxing as possible. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.



If something feels off—whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue—please let us know right away (a quick photo helps). Our team typically responds promptly and will do everything we can to resolve it with as little disruption or discomfort as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’re always here to help and make your stay as smooth as we can.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel, along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition (for example, requiring cleanup of vomit or urine).



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
