Venture outdoors to discover your own private saltwater pool, optionally heated or cooled, an outdoor shower to rinse off after a day at the beach just steps away, and a charcoal grill for delightful summer barbecues. The covered porch and multiple deck areas provide plenty of spots to unwind while soaking up the sun or catching the sunrise or sunset.

Clear Skies also features convenient amenities such as an elevator for easy access between levels and for those with mobility challenges, Wi-Fi for staying connected, and additional comforts like air conditioning and a cozy fireplace, along with security cameras for peace of mind. Your furry friends are welcome here too, as the property is pet-friendly, making it truly a home away from home for everyone.

Being pet-friendly, this home welcomes up to two dogs. All pet-friendly homes include a $175 fee that covers bringing up to one dog. An additional $50 fee applies if you are bringing a second dog. Please note that dogs are the only pets permitted.

Pool heating and cooling are optional and can be added to your reservation for $100 per day. Please note that pool heating or cooling must be purchased for the full duration of your stay once added. Pools are open year-round; however, pool heat is only available when the air temperature is over 55 degrees Fahrenheit.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more; the choice is yours. Please note, this offer is only available for stays between April 1 and October 31.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Linens are included with your reservation and contain the following: flat and fitted bedsheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS
As you will find when selecting dates on the calendar, there are minimum stay requirements based on the season. There is a 7-night minimum with a mandatory Saturday-to-Saturday rental pattern in the peak summer months, and there is more flexibility in the slower seasons.
