Nestled in the heart of Soho, this oversized, light-filled artist's loft offers a one-of-a-kind living experience in New York City. Stretching over 1,800 SQFT, this full-floor unit features 11' ceilings, a walk-in kitchen, oversized windows, and an abundance of natural light.

Tastefully appointed with designer furniture from Restoration Hardware, Arhaus, and other high-end brands, this loft offers a stylish and comfortable living experience to the discerning traveler.

The Space:

As one of just four units in the building, this loft offers a serene and private oasis in the middle of Manhattan's trendiest district.

This space is an entertainer's dream: a large dining area with seating for eight, multiple spaces for sitting and relaxing, and a kitchen built for dinner parties make this loft perfect for a social traveler. Oversized art, vintage antiques, and custom wood pieces from 19th-century NYC offer plenty of conversation topics.

Our team designed this unit for long-term stays: guests will enjoy a fully-equipped chef's kitchen, a washer-dryer, a Restoration Hardware office desk and monitor for remote work, and blazing-fast wifi.

The oversized bedroom features a king bed and memory foam mattress, ultra-soft linens, a smart TV, an abundance of closet space, and more.

This unit is nestled between Spring and Broome, right in the heart of the action.

Guest Access:

Please note that this is a non-elevator building and guests will need to climb a few sets of stairs to reach the unit. Please also note that smoking is prohibited in this space.

Guests will have access to the entire space.

Other Things to Note:

Haus' concierge service can coordinate cleanings, private events, and more for guests. We're able to schedule private chefs, excursions, and more -- just ask us when you book and we'll be happy to accommodate your preferences.

Utilities for this unit are included in the listed price (wifi, electric, heat, etc). Excessive use of A/C (exceeding $250/mo) will be billed back to guests after move-out.
