You're in a true residential neighborhood: tree-lined streets, fresh mountain air, and the kind of quiet that's hard to find anywhere else. Neighbors are friendly, the pace is slow, and the surroundings feel authentically Big Bear



Despite the peaceful setting, you're never far from anything. The Village, the lake, ski slopes, and local attractions are all within a short drive. It's the best of both worlds: come home to stillness, but have everything at your fingertips.
