The space opens to a kitchenette with dining space, and a full size washer and dryer. Turn into a short hall with spacious closet, and newly remodeled full bath, then a separate bedroom with comfortable queen bed and tv. Enter through the side gate, up 19 stairs in back. There is a super friendly dog, Fiona the border collie, and she is often on the back patio. Whether you’re here for work or leisure, this awesome studio offers a cozy retreat. Enjoy your time in Alexandria at our fantastic location, one block from King Street with tons of restaurants and shops..

Fantastic place to stay for our trip to Alexandria. Lovely rental everything we needed was there we would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a base to explore this wonderful part of the US.

This was one of the best properties we have ever stayed in! The listing was exactly as it appeared! So clean and inviting, equipped with every amenity you could think of! It is also located in beautiful Old Town Alexandria with plenty of places to eat and shop within walking distance! The beautiful Potomac River is also within walking distance and we enjoyed it every very much. Washington DC, Alexandria, Georgetown all within driving distance or a boat ride away along the Potomac! Excellent stay!

Such a great place to stay! Walkable to King Street and everything fun. Hosts are nearby and are available to answer any questions. Keurig with k cups for morning coffee and good sized mini fridge. It’s just a hidden gem in Old Town! The snacks were a nice surprise and came in handy late night . Highly recommend!

I loved my weekend at this property in Alexandria. The location was ideal; I was able to walk to King Street easily and check out local restaurants and shops. It was also a short walk to the waterfront area. The free trolly stopped a block away making traveling anywhere on King Street effortless. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive during my stay. The property had everything I needed including snacks, water bottles and coffee. It was clean, the area was quiet and the bed was comfortable. I will be using this property for future adventures in Alexandria and highly recommend.
