Having lived in Williamsburg for 2 years, this was a great location to revisit the area and reconnect with friends that still live there. Overall our impression was great and similar to what we experienced a previous time while staying at this resort.
2 additional comments for feedback:
We were on the main floor of a 2 storey building. The floor construction is such that any movement upstairs transmits down into our unit, at all times of the day and night when it was occupied which was the same as ours. We were offered to be moved into another unit but the inconvenience was greater than the noise.
A side issue that we felt should be reported was that another couple (strangers to us), who both had significant mobility issues (used walkers) arrived at the resort during our stay. They did not have a vehicle. Their taxi dropped them off at reception, and after checkin had no reasonable way of getting to their unit, with no assistance from your staff. They were left sitting on their walkers outside the reception area. My wife happened to meet them there and after hearing their story offered to drive them and their bags and walkers to their unit, which they accepted. We are very disappointed with the staff's poor response in this situation.
