Enjoy a relaxing getaway in this charming walk-out basement apartment located in Richmond, Minnesota. This cozy one-bedroom space is thoughtfully designed for comfort and relaxation, making it ideal for both work trips and leisure stays.
The apartment features a comfortable living area, and an air mattress can be provided to accommodate a third and fourth guest. The well-equipped bathroom and convenient amenities—including heating, washer and dryer, hair dryer, and iron—ensure a stress-free stay.

Activities include boating and water sports, clear-lake swimming within 3 miles, tubing, fishing, golf, biking and hiking on a paved trail within 1 mile, ice fishing, snowmobiling, and cross-country skiing.
