*This is a shared home. To ensure comfort and compatibility for all residents, the room is reserved for one female guest only.

*I have a friendly cat who lives on the first floor. For your comfort and peace of mind, the cat has its own private space with access to my bedroom, so it will not be roaming freely on the first floor. Bringing your own cat is allowed for a small extra fee.

Month-to-month lease available with a refundable deposit. I also offer a flexible cancellation policy during the first week or two of your stay.

Only two bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs. Since just one room is being rented, you'll likely have the bathroom to yourself.

If you're traveling with a friend, roommate, or another professional who also needs housing, let me know I can prepare the second bedroom immediately. This allows both of you to stay together on the same floor with complete privacy, sharing the bathroom only between the two of you.

You will enter through the main front door, but your space is fully private. As soon as you walk in, you'll see the shared common area and your private door that leads directly upstairs. A door at the bottom of the stairs separates the second floor from the rest of the house, so you never need to go through any personal areas. My bedroom is located in the back of the house on the first floor, providing you with a quiet, private, and separated space during your stay.

Room is fully furnished with brand-new furniture for a clean, comfortable stay.

Kitchen, living area, and essentials are available for your use. Towels and basic toiletries included.
