2. Utility & Management Fees (Authentic Korean Experience): To maintain the lowest possible base rent, utility fees are not included in the rent and are charged separately based on your actual usage.

* Average Cost: Approximately KRW 40,000 - 60,000 per week (includes electricity, water, and heating).
