The Space:

With a spectacular location close to everything Lincoln City has to offer, this dog-friendly studio-style condo has it all! Walk to the beach or take a short drive into town for shopping, dining, and entertainment options in this renowned Central Oregon Coast destination.



Located in Sandstone Point, an oceanview condo complex, this condo is about two blocks from the beach. It's also near clamming, crabbing, fishing, and kayaking just south in Siletz Bay, gambling at Chinook Winds Casino, and boutique shops, museums, and local eateries in town.



This studio follows an open floor plan with a combined living/sleeping area, an outdoor balcony, and a full bathroom. Modern technologies include cable TV and WiFi. Quickly warm the room with the gas fireplace and enjoy lovely views while a briny breeze blows on the balcony. Reheat and store takeout using the microwave and mini-fridge. Fix a morning cup of joe using the coffeemaker.



Up to two guests are accommodated on the queen bed, which guarantees a great night's sleep. For a small nightly fee, you can bring along your dog to join in the fun. Bring along your laptop computer, too, so you can use the WiFi to plan your adventures.

My mom and I enjoyed our stay very much. Great location, beach access convenient, pet friendly :) my rescue Texas girl loved it. The floor was pretty dirty when we arrived but we kept our shoes on and everything else was great.

This was a great place to spend the weekend - close to the beach, great view from the room, and trails nearby (check out Cutler City Wetlands Trails & Spyglass Ridge Open Space). We'll be back!

Great view

We stayed here for 4 days and it was great! It was clean, has a nice fireplace and an awesome view! The beach access was very nice to have and the location was very central to everything that we wanted to do! The only downside was that we didn’t have a table to eat at when we ate in but it really wasn’t even much of a downside. This is a great place for a long weekend!

Excellent ocean view! So peaceful listening to the waves. Nice place clean, cozy.. only bummer was that the fireplace didn't work. but overall great stay. would definitely go again!

Great spot with beautiful ocean views!

The price was amazing and it was a short drive to the beach. We listened to the ocean waves at night. Lincoln City is busy so getting in and out of the parking lot can take time. We had a wonderful stay and if we were going to stay in Lincoln City again we would stay here.

The view of the ocean and trees is spectacular.

I love being able to see and hear the ocean so this place was perfect. The only minor problem was an annoying sound like a generator or fan that was on the whole time, never could tell what it was. Overall excellent place though.

Great location and view

While I really enjoyed the great view and location, it’s basically just a hotel room. The property was poorly maintained. The trash cans by the stairwell were overflowing and hadn’t been emptied during the three days of my stay.
