The Space:

Enjoy beautiful ocean views when you stay in this Lincoln City studio, ideal for two guests or a solo traveler, and feel free to bring your family dogs along, too!



Located on the south end of town on a small hill, this top-floor, hotel-style room is a short walk from the beach (about two blocks away and down a set of stairs). You'll also be across the street from a cinema and just a few miles from the rest of Lincoln City's attractions and restaurants.



This rental features a flatscreen cable TV and WiFi access. There's also a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker for quick, easy meal prep.



This accommodation has a maximum occupancy of two guests, and it allows dogs. There's a queen-size bed and two comfortable armchairs, as well as a private balcony with ocean views. Downstairs, you'll find a shared courtyard with picnic tables.



Walk to the ocean and spend the afternoon running from the waves, beachcombing for treasures, and seeing how long you can keep your kite in the air. Head into town and try some of the casual and fine dining establishments Lincoln City is known for, and maybe even try your hand at Chinook Winds Casino. Hiking is abundant in this area, and if you go to Devils Lake or Siletz Bay you can go boating or kayaking.

The view was amazing, the bed was fabulous, but when prompted by another review of “don’t look under the bed”, of course, we looked under the bed & found filthy fuzz, lint & dog hair not cleaned out plus a stained, dirty table top. The location was central to both Depoe Bay & Lincoln City, though, a plus for vacay getaway.

Amazing place

We stayed In seahorse 3-A and it was perfect for me and my husband and the view was absolutely amazing and even better from the bed. Very cute little complex. This will most definitely be our spot for now on.

Great Location/Great Price

This is the first time we've stayed at this property and we were pleased. The location is great, close to everything. The view is wonderful, especially for the price. The room is on the third floor on the corner so the view can't be beat. We will definitely be back!!

Birthday Beach Getaway

The view was amazing. Location is awesome. The room smelled clean, unfortunately the bedding had several hairs throughout the sheets and comforter, but they responded quickly to our issue. This room could use a new bed...very uncomfortable.

Overall the place is nice. View is great, love hearing the ocean day and night. Bed is hard as a rock, pillows as thin as paper and to match the sheets feel like paper. Great place for a couples retreat. Remodel in progress hope it turns out great.

Relaxing stay with a gorgeous view

Lovely location, minute walk to sand, quiet. My only dislike was that it was situated a couple floors above the laundry room. Smelling fabric softener from 9am to 9pm became a little nauseating but there are worse things we could've smelled. We'd love to come back.

Exactly as described.

Perfect location with short walk to beach. Room was clean and comfortable. It’s not the ritz, mini fridge and microwave could use replaced, but they work. Room could use paint, but overall perfect. Loved the gas fireplace and view of the paceman. Great get a way, we will be back.

Gorgeous

The room and view were amazing! Perfect for my birthday weekend. I did notice that the walls and baseboards were somewhat dirty but that’s to be expected at a beach hotel. We do wish the TV was a bit bigger. Also, the listing stated we would have arm chairs and we did not. Overall would stay again.

Not a bad room, and the view is great.

Had some interaction with staff as water was soaking our entryway (it was pretty rainy and windy), and they were very friendly, albeit a little slow to respond. A good spot for a night or two, but much more than that and it would be nice if they had some cleaning equipment available (sand accumulates quickly). Overall a nice little spot though, and while there was construction nearby, it didn't interfere with our stay.

See the beach!

This location is great IF you want to be able to overlook the beach in Lincoln City, OR. However the place is a bit run down. It needs major cleaning inside and out. Steam cleaning of the walkways and stairwells would really help. The interiors (we saw two) need major mopping and flooring repair, The beds were very good and the TV worked great. Oh, the water pressure on the third floor needs boosting.
