The Space:

Nestled in the woods in a private and serene setting, this lovely retreat sits along the coastline with panoramic views of Netarts Bay. The main two-bedroom home offers plenty of room for everyone to spread out and unwind. A charming casita up the pathway provides an additional bedroom and living space.



Take the trail down to the shoreline and placid waters of Netarts Bay. Or, you can take delight in panoramic forest and bay views on the spacious deck. The main living area also features large windows that showcase filtered 180-degree views of the bay. In the evening, light the gas stove and choose from a host of board games. Gather for favorite shows on the TV in the loft, featuring a desk and weight machine. Or settle in with a good book in the sitting area in the casita.



Prepare favorite recipes in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances. For added convenience, the casita offers a sink and coffee maker. Comfort awaits in each bedroom of this custom-designed home. Find ultimate luxury in the primary suite, which boasts a gas stove and direct patio access.



Head to the coast to explore the sand dunes, lounge on the beach, or splash in the waves. Discover nearby hiking trails. Venture four miles into Netarts or six and a half miles to Tillamook for a selection of eateries, shops, and entertainment options. Enjoy a cultural and educational outing at the Tillamook County Pioneer Museum or the Tillamook Air Museum, both within a 10-mile drive.

The bay can be accessed by a trail by the casita. Please use caution as it is steep and can be slippery when wet.

Kitchen items are very dated and grubby and dishes were mismatched to have all 10 guests using lunch and dinner dishesOverall, the house was great. Location was great. Private little beach on the bay was awesome. We had a great stay!!

Nice quiet with a feeling a being "away" from everything. Kinda steep drive and not for the feeble due to stairs and walkway to casita.

Beautiful house, swarming with flies

This place is quiet, spacious and has a nice view of the bay. Our trip would have been perfect if not for all the flies in the house. I don't know if the previous renters left all the windows open or what, but we ended up swatting at least 50 of them during our stay, and no matter what we did there would always be more of them in the morning. The basement, where two of the bedrooms are, also smelled heavily of mildew. One of my guests ended up leaving early because of these issues.

False Advertising on # of Rooms

This was advertised as a 3 bedroom. We specifically looked for a 3 br home for our stay. Once we got to the property, there were only 2 bedrooms. The third br was outside in a shack in the woods. This should have been specifically stated in the description of the property. No one wanted to walk through the woods late at night or early in the morning to join the group that was in the house. The 2 brs in the house were downstairs in a very damp and musty area. so, the married couple slept in the dryest room and the other 2 slept on the couches for the entire stay. The rooms were so damp and humid that the bedsheets and the towels in the bathrooms were damp. It was very late the first night when we arrived that we just dealt with it. Then we decided to just sleep on the couch for the next two nights, because we didn't know the area at all and it was just easier to get through it. We were very disappointed with this. The house was clean except for the spider webs making their home in the damp basement and a sock that was found beside the sofa. There was a nice view of the bay.

Spacious house overlooking Netarts Bay

Lots of space and very nice view, great front windows. Nice and toasty when started raining with the gas stoves and heaters. Kitchen well stocked. Couldn't get the upstairs TV to connect to the cable but others worked fine.

Great getaway for families

The place was great! All areas of the house are easy to relax in! The layout of the house and furniture are placed perfectly to welcome great times. The house is located close to the bay so the house is quite prone to feel humid. It might also have a mold issue that needs to be taken care of as well. Other then that the place is absolutely great
