After taking a scenic drive through Tillamook Forest State Park, you'll arrive at your beautiful destination. Beach access is mere steps away, so enjoy your vacation by strolling on the beach, exploring tide pools, flying kites, fishing, whale watching, and crabbing at Kelly's Brighton Marina. Tour the area and discover local attractions like the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad, Tillamook Creamery, and Manzanita Links, all within a 13-mile radius. After a day of activities, kick back and lounge in the game room.



Upon entry, you'll be met with a bright interior and an airy atmosphere throughout the well-appointed living area. Marvel at the nautical decor, the natural light, and the comfort radiating from every corner. Enjoy the expansive balcony to feel the sea breeze while you sip coffee, or stargaze with your evening wine. The bottom twin bunk bed can be converted into a King-size bed by pulling out the trundle bed for extra room. Great place to vacation. Great ocean views. 3 story's, 2 sets of stairs. 2 decks with chairs and BBQ. Garage accommodate's a long truck plus some. Nicely stocked kitchen. Nice clean beach for walks. I would definitely come back.

I wish there was a 4.5 star option. Was it perfect. No. Was it great, super comfortable, and do we want to go back. Absolutely yes! For an affordable place so close to the beach, with a beautiful peekaboo view of the water and so many comforts of home, this place was perfect for us. If you don’t want stairs, avoid. Two flights of 14 steps was a novelty for us and my daughter has been dying to try a balcony after living her 8 years in our single story. Bedrooms on 2nd landing and living room, dining and kitchen on top floor. The balconies are off the master bedroom and living room. We could see the pelicans flying over the waves and sunsets were gorgeous. I loved having laundry, but would recommend doing a rinse before putting clothes in. It does have that front loader problem of trapping smells. But I still used it and clothes came out smelling just fine. A few updates in the kitchen needed. They need a new tea kettle. But we found all the dishes/ cooking supplies we needed and it was laid out intuitively. We got instant cart groceries delivered and enjoyed making meals there rather than dragging kids to restaurants. Loved having a water hose out front to quickly rinse off sandy toes. Board games for kids were great. A few pieces missing on some, but nothing terrible. Several communications with the managers who were kind, attentive and responsive. Great customer service!We wanted to stay longer! Hoping to come back and would definitely choose this one!

Great place for a family.

It was very close to the beach and stores so we were able to walk everywhere. Balconies were very nice to have to see the ocean, beaches, and fireworks show.

3-story Townhouse with Deep Garage

We missed that the unit was a 3-story townhouse, with the kitchen on the 3rd floor! Make sure if you rent the space that you have good knees and backs to haul stuff up the stairs! Otherwise, the place was clean and very nice. Good location too.

Good location and comfy beds, but repairs needed

Overall it was ok, but the unit needs much cleaning on the carpets and many appliances are in a state of repairs needed. They work, kind of, but its not really acceptable to have those kind of issues when paying this much. Its dog friendly but carpets still need to be shampooed every decade at least ;).

Great Property but Filthy

We’ve stayed in this complex for 10+ years, at least 15x, this was the first run by Vacasa, that is regretful. You cannot beat the location, seconds to the beach, but all other things were lacking. Sheets were base line and lowest quality, debris and rubbish found under the beds, stains on the upstairs carpets, Ice maker frozen solid from improper maintaining, pans not only dirty, but burned on filth and greasy, which I cleaned. It takes SO little to clean pans, and provide the guest with sharp cutlery, but we got greasy pans and even a knife with the end chipped off, dull as a spring breeze. You cannot beat the location, but anything Vacasa runs is a property we’ll no longer visit.

Fantastic condo!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay in Rockaway Beach and this condo was the perfect getaway. While it was just the two of us this condo is perfect for families as well. The owners have thought of everything from beach chairs to board games, books, fun light stick, plenty of towels and the most comfortable king bed!!! We absolutely loved this home. It was so comfortable and relaxing. Wonderful view of the ocean and literally only steps to the beach. If I could give more than 5 stars I would
