Our stay at Lil Green was wonderful. The beds and bedding are very comfortable, the house is beautiful, and the setting was perfect. Close to trails, close to town center, but in a quiet corner with few neighbors. We had everything we needed, and really enjoyed the open layout of the house. The bedrooms are luxurious and private, with nice views. We already plan to go back for another stay!

Great view. Not on the beach. Lots of towels etc and fully stocked kitchen. Nice bathrooms. The carpet was gross and dirty beyond description!! Cobwebs on the walls.

Great place

The is a great place to stay and explore the northern coast. It was so nice to come back after day of exploring and sit on the deck and watch the sunset.

The home itself is beautiful, and the view is stunning. The layout was great for our two small families, and the home has an overall comfortable vibe. That said, there are updates, light repairs and deep cleaning that could be done to make this home a truly comfortable place to stay. Pros - view, location, king bed (downstairs) was nice, great outdoor space, plenty of towels, kitchen was decently equipped Cons - lots of bugs in the home, rodent or something in the walls woke us up one morning, creaky beds, uncomfortable mattress in upstairs bedroom, crumby pillows, deferred maintenance throughout the home (chipped paint, broken locks, broken blinds, etc) and there were areas that were not up to cleanliness standards (other peoples hair in the shower, in the bedding, stained sheets, lots of lint build up in laundry room, etc). Overall we had a nice stay and the home is a good value for the price, just things to be aware of to set realistic expectations if you’re going to stay here.

Beautiful house. Had a few issues but were addressed within a reasonable amount of time. The views of the pacific and the Rockaway beach. Cute little town with a awesome gift shop. We would stay again

Wonderful views

We had a wonderful stay. The house has amazing views and everything we needed inside. Make sure the garbage can outside it bungee corded though, animals get into it at night.

Perfect Location

This Rockaway home was a perfect location! Lots of space for the family and kid friendly. Bathrooms and bedrooms were cleaned nicely. Some updates could be made to the property but overall it was the perfect get away for our family on the Oregon Coast!

Great view from deck and living room

Nice place. Comfortable, easy drive to beach access and all of the fun downtown spots. I’d suggest mattress, bed, and downstairs blinds upgrades.

Amazing View

We stayed only two nights and wished we had stayed longer. The beach is a bit of a walk, especially if you are taking gear. I suggest driving to the beach. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing views!

The location of this house allows for the most amazing views of the town of Rockaway as well as the Pacific ocean. Breathtaking sunsets! The house was clean, well equipped, and overall very nice. The super bright yellow paint is a bit much but otherwise, we had a great stay! We would stay here again!
