Guest access directly at the unit - door code will be provided in check-in instructions 48 hours prior to arrival.

There is one (1) designated parking stall for this unit. If bringing more than 1 vehicle, non-designated parking is available throughout the resort on a first-come first-service basis.

A 3% cancellation fee applies to all reservations to cover transaction costs. If canceled within the applicable cancellation window, a 97% refund will be issued.

Pet-Friendly Notice: While this unit welcomes pets, they must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please be sure to select the “I am traveling with pets” box under the traveler details when making your reservation. A $125 non-refundable pet fee will apply.

Amenity Disclaimer - Pool & Hot Tub: Please note that the pool and hot tub are managed and maintained by the resort`s Homeowners Association (HOA), and not by us as the hosts. As such, we have no control over the availability, maintenance schedule, or operational status of these amenities. The pool and/or hot tub may be closed at any time without notice, including during your stay, due to maintenance, repairs, or HOA decisions. Because these amenities are outside of our control, we cannot guarantee their availability, and we do not offer refunds- partial or full- for their unavailability. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Weather Disclaimer: Please note that we do not issue refunds or partial refunds for weather-, environmental-, or air-quality-related circumstances, including snowstorms, icy road conditions, wildfire smoke, or other conditions that may impact travel plans. This includes, but is not limited to, delays or cancellations in travel to or from the property, road conditions, flight disruptions, or decisions to arrive late or depart early due to changing conditions. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to help protect your trip investment.

Ski-in/ski-out access is dependent on mountain operations, weather, and trail availability and is outside the hosts responsibility.

After you`ve completed your booking, you will receive a registration link via email of which will direct you to sign and acknowledge the Escape VRM Rental Agreement. You will be required to complete this prior to receiving check-in instructions.

This unit is privately owned and is rented outside of the resorts rental pool. Please refrain from utilizing the front desk for any needs and contact your host - contact information is located inside the unit.
