You must be 22 years old and present a valid ID at check in and you will need to register your vehicle and your guest and pick up your armbands and parking pass -- HOA Rule. The parking pass must be in the front windshield at all times or your vehicle will get towed. There is a security guard as you enter the security gate onto the property and the security guard is there 24/7 and 7 days a week. When you arrive the Gulfview II Security Office is where you will pick up your armbands and parking pass, this is a few doors down from Unit 106
