ガルフブルバードにあるこの爽やかなキーウエストスタイルのビーチハウスは、プライベートバルコニーからビーチの広い景色を眺めることができます。 ポーチスイングとロッキングチェアは、ビーチの時間を過ごした後にリラックスするのに最適な場所です。  ビーチへのアクセスは通りの真向かいです。

内部には、大理石の床、花崗岩のカウンター、豪華な高級家具で仕上げられています。  液晶テレビまたはプラズマテレビは、すべての寝室と書斎にあります。  マスターバスルームにはジェットバスがあります。  キッチンは完全装備です。  ユニットには洗濯機と乾燥機が装備されています。  すべてのリネンが提供されます。

サウスパドレ島の中心部という便利な場所にあり、屋外エンターテイメント（10代の若者に最適）、レストラン、さらには島の食料品店まで徒歩圏内です。  通りの向かいには、FREE Islandシャトル（もう1つの10代のお気に入り）のシャトル停留所があります。

図に示すように、4〜6人のゲストが快適に眠ることができます。  優雅なペットは、所有者の承認を得て75ドルで受け入れられます。

This is a great place to stay! Amazing access to the beach and everything else on the island! The host is very accommodating and makes sure you have everything you need. We would definitely stay here again.

Great experience! The location is phenomenal and right across the street from the beach! The house has literally everything - the kitchen is great, the house is spacious with everything you need and very quiet. Other than your clothes, you don’t need to bring anything!! Everything is provided - including all the beach amenities too! Highly recommend! Confident you’ll love it!!

Comfortable and Convenient

My family had a wonderful time. The kitchen had everything we needed, the house was very clean and oh so comfortable. We were just across the street from the beach, close to many restaurants, and yet away from the main hustle and bustle. We all loved our time in this wonderful setting!

Perfect island get a way

This house has it all. From the comforrable beds to the luxurious towels and well stocked kitchen, this place is better than home because it has a view of the gulf. Lynn and Captain Kevin have thought of everything. The beach access is a short walk, a great cafe is a few blocks away and if that's not enough, you can enjoy the swing and chairs on the balcony while the palms sway in the breeze. We enjoyed ourselves so much, we are already looking at the calendar for next year.

Very convenient location to beach, restaurants and attractions

The house was very clean and well furnished. The front porch with its swing and chairs was a great place for people watching and reading. The location is across the street from the beach so there is easy access. The host was very friendly and left a very helpful informational notebook about local restaurants and attractions. Would stay here again.

Across the street from the beach

We stayed here in December and loved it. It has a great porch area with comfortable furniture. It was beautiful sitting out in the evening having drinks with the ocean breeze blowing.There were 2 minor minor things that we brought up to the owner and they were repaired within the hour. There were all sorts of beachy things provided, but we just used chairs and an umbrella. The rental was decorated with a Christmas tree and other holiday things. It was very clean, the A/C was ice cold and the bed was super comfortable. Plenty of Kitchen utensils and cooking stuff. When we were there, the street and area was not too busy and it was quiet. Great place.

Trip to South Padre Island

The condo was comfortable and conveniently located near restaurants, market, and beach. Our hosts were friendly and helpful. We’d definitely stay in the same place if we return to the Island.

I absolutely love having vacationers stay at my beach house! Hearing laughter from happy guests is music.
