This spacious retreat offers 2,170 square feet of air-conditioned living space, featuring three bedrooms, two baths, a two-car garage, and a private heated pool. With room to sleep 8–10 guests comfortably, everyone will find their perfect place to unwind. The home includes a king bed, queen bed, full bunk beds with a twin trundle, a queen sleeper sofa, and a child- or teen-friendly convertible chair bed. Plus, two dogs under 20 lbs each are welcome, making this a perfect getaway for your small furry companions.
Pocket sliding glass doors open the living area to a covered porch and a fully screened pool deck, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor oasis. The entertainer’s kitchen is equipped with brand-new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, and everything needed to prepare family meals. A complete coffee bar provides regular and decaf coffee, tea, creamer, and sweeteners, while a thoughtfully appointed wine bar sits tucked in the family room for evening relaxation.
The spacious primary suite features two large walk-in closets and a luxurious bathroom with a walk-through shower and dual vanities. Storage is abundant throughout the home, making it easy to keep luggage and personal items out of sight. The two-car garage offers secure parking and additional space for beach gear.

3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 32 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
