OUTDOOR:
The Resort boasts two seasonal pools with a picnic area for a family bbq. Enjoy panoramic views from our private balcony where you'll be greeted by sweeping vistas of the Branson. Kick back and relax while taking in the sights and sounds of Branson. Pool usually open May - August but it can change depending on the weather. Send us a message for availability.

ACCESSIBILITY:
The condo is located on the 2nd floor of the building unit. A flight of stairs is necessary to reach the front door.

STARTER SUPPLIES
We provide a starter kit for your convenience, including:
Toilet paper
Paper towel rolls
Dishwasher pods
Laundry detergent
K-cups & coffee packs with sugar
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap
(Additional items may be needed for longer stays.)

INSURANCE
PLEASE buy rental insurance, it's cheap and will save you your trip cost should you have an illness, weather related travel issues, flight problems and a host of other circumstances. We are not a travel insurance company and do not provide refunds for these types of issues.

HOUSE RULES:
- You must be 23 to rent this property
- A signed rental agreement is required
- No 3rd party bookings - the people staying must be the people who booked.
- No parties or large gathering ($500 fine)
- No smoking
- No fireworks or open fire
- Please refrain from playing loud music
- Quite hours 10pm - 8am. Please keep the noise down and respect the neighbors especially when you are outside.
- Pets refer to dogs only. No pee pads. Please clean up after your pet, pets must be crated when left along, crate provided. 1 dog 40lb max or 2 dogs no larger than 25lbs each.
- We do have a ring camera to monitor the entrance of our property, Do no tamper with monitoring devices.
- No trailers or attached haulers are allowed.
- Relax, enjoy and have fun!

PETS:
We're happy to welcome your furry family members to our pet-friendly space! If you're bringing a pet, please make sure to include them in your booking to avoid any additional charge and see rules about pets.
> Per HOA dogs must be on a leash at all times.
> Cannot be left unattended, or inside pool area.
> Bylaws require 1 dog 40lb max or 2 dogs no larger than 25lbs each.
> Dogs should be created when left in the condo.
> No pee pads
> Dogs need to be leashed when outside the condo.

PARKING:
HOA does not allow any kind of trailer such as RVs, Boats, Trailers, Jet Skis, 4x4 Vehicles, Travel Trailers, 5th Wheels, in the parking lot. They will be towed if parked on site so please plan ahead if you are planning to bring a trailer.
