Family Vacation

We have had eight beach vacations from the east coast to the gulf coast and this condo and beach was by far...THE BEST!!! Beautiful layout/interior and the beach and pool was amazing!!!

We had extended family staying in units throughout the property. It was such a fun trip, amazing tennis clinics with Rhett at the Hidden Dunes Tennis Center.

Fabulous Condo!

This unit was decorated so adorably! Most importantly to me, it was very clean and well equipped. The screened in porch was so relaxing! The grounds were also lovely!

We enjoyed our stay

Hidden Dunes cottage 204 was clean, comfortable and we appreciated the great amenities. The kitchen had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, and we loved the screened porch. If you play pickle ball, you'll no doubt find friendly locals to play with. My son loved having the basketball court close by and the beach was an easy walk. Thanks for the great stay!

Clean, Comfortable and Cozy

This property is very much as advertised and the photos are accurate. The unit is beautiful and impeccably well decorated with a Florida beach theme throughout. It is one of the cleanest properties we have ever rented. This a perfect property for a couple or a young family. The unit itself is absolutely stunning, however the property is average. There is a large pool near the unit, however it is not heated. And despite the widely held belief that Florida is always sunny and warm; it is not, especially in the panhandle (I was stationed in Jacksonville for two years) The winter months and early spring can be cool. We stayed during the second week of March and the temperatures were only in the 70s two days and in the 50s three days. There is a very small heated pool on the property, but it is a bit of a walk if you have young children. Access to the beach is a fairly long walk and not easy to access with a very long walkway and many steps to get down to the beach. Anyone with mobility issues, such as the elderly or disabled, would find beach access difficult at best. The property is large enough there should be a shuttle to take you from the cottages to the beaches. The property is very pretty with lots trees and vegetation, however it is not well maintained. The sidewalks and pathways were not cleaned once the entire week, so we were constantly tracking in leaves and other tree residue into the property. There also are not enough parking spaces near the unit.

30th Anniversary Trip

This was our 30th anniversary and we chose to go to the beach to celebrate. We enjoyed our stay! The accommodations were comfortable and clean.

Our stay was amazing! Not far from the beach. We spent the first night getting familiar with the area by taking a walk to the beach along the Hidden Dunes trail, which was beautiful!!! I would definitely recommend..

Great location in a quiet family-friendly community. We loved the unit, the decor was very tasteful and it felt spacious for our family. Very close to the pool, and a 10 minute walk to the beach. We loved the beach service, and enjoyed the complimentary golf carts that would give you a ride if needed. The only downsides were things that could easily be improved: the shower head in the beautiful new tiled shower was awful, zero water pressure. Replacing it with a hand shower would be a huge improvement. Also, small things that we expected to find in a unit in this price range were missing: no salt or cooking oil, no coffee filters, not enough trash bags or soap, and the toilet paper was horrible. Like, really really bad. If I pay $1500 for a 4-night stay, I want Charmin. Very easily fixed, and I hope the management company fixes these very minor issues because overall our stay was excellent and these were the only things keeping me from giving it 5 stars.
