This spacious, 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome sleeps up to 8 people and can host a large family very comfortably. The updated kitchen, with granite countertops, is well stocked and has everything you would need at your home away from home!

Relax on the screened porch nestled by the natural foliage after a day of playing in the surf and sand which is just a short stroll away.

The master bedroom has a king bed, with an attached master bath. The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and the loft has three additional beds, one full and two twin beds. Pull out sofa for overflow sleeping.

Hidden Dunes offers several on-site amenities such as, a lake with a fishing pier, a horseshoe pit, a basketball court, outdoor grills, BRAND NEW pickleball courts and six tennis courts with a Rubico Clay surface that are maintained daily in order to provide the best playing conditions. Our friendly staff invites you to join for a game or two.

2 PARKING SPACES PROVIDED!

Per Home Owner Association rules: Hidden Dunes does not allow trailers, RV's, motorcycles, boats/jet ski's or golf carts.

We require a minimum length of stay during the summer and over holidays.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner and a complimentary beverage! There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided.

**This is a nonsmoking complex which includes balconies. **

Beach Service: Chair and Umbrella rentals with White Diamond. New for 2025, beach tents cannot exceed 10X10 and are only allowed in designated tent section. Tents are not allowed from Memorial Day through August 15th and Labor Day weekend. This does NOT include infant/toddler canopies/tents.
