➢ There is a regular outdoor outlet by the front door that you can use to charge your EV. You will just need to bring your own adapter and charging cable.
➢ Trash Collection: Guests’ assistance is kindly requested in placing trash and recycling bins curbside on collection day and returning them after pickup.
➢ Pet Policy: $50 per pet per stay. Please clean up after pets.
➢ Parking: One assigned parking spot in front of the unit. Do not block the driveway.
➢ Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM.
