Great location and super convenient especially with a boat. Property could have been cleaner, but I am not sure anyone had been there recently. Host was super helpful and accessible.

Clean, quite and neat. Nice decor. Great to have the boat house directly below the condo. Enjoyed sleeping in the loft below the cupola.

Great Family Getaway!

My family and I really enjoyed staying in this condo! It’s close to all the shops and restaurants in Alex Bay plus the boat house was great for storing our boat.

Perfect family get away

We spent a few days here in Alexandria Bay. This was a perfect place to enjoy water activities and still be within walking distance of the town.

Excellent property

We had an amazing stay in this location. It is right next to town and the boathouse served us well. Very well upkeep inside and everything we needed was available to us!

Great Location

The property was perfect for our weekend visit to Alexandria Bay with friends. Within walking distance to the town (restaurants and boat tour). Easy check-in. Renee was helpful in making restaurant recommendations and assisting with questions we had about where to kayak.

Long weekend fishing getaway

Property is perfect for a long weekend and for anyone who has or rents a boat. Property is clean and right on the water. Owner was extremely helpful with any questions we had. Owner made the stay easy and enjoyable.

Excellent location and great host

Very nice accommodations exactly as advertised. Host was wonderful and communicated regularly to make sure everything was to satisfaction. Would highly recommend this location for a couples and a family. The boathouse is an excellent addition if you have a boat but even without a boat it’s a great spot to explore the thousand Islands

Alex bay vacation

Renee was a great host and any questions I had regarding the property, she was very responsive. Even though weather wasn’t the greatest, we had a great time and overall was a very nice and neat boathouse with everything we needed.

Perfect with a boat!

It was a perfect vacation with a boat. The Marina to launch and store boat trailer was right across from this Condo with a direct walking path.

Perfect Ladies Weekend Away

Everything was perfect, very clean, very comfortable beds. We enjoyed the sites and shopping if Alex Bay, Clayton, and Wellesley Island. Longtime friends made new memories, we cannot wait until next year. P/S the elevator was a big plus!

Great location and property

We stayed here with our 3 young girls. The townhome fit our needs exactly and was so close to everything. Having a park within walking distance was a nice surprise. The owners were so friendly, and everything went off without a hitch.

Great condo for boater

We really loved the condo. My wife and I used the loft bed as we liked the morning light coming in from the cupola. So nice to have a boat house underneath. Very easy access and fit the rented pontoon boat great.

Had a Great Time

Renee was a phenomenal host! She is very communicative and helpful. The place is quite cute and everyone enjoyed. I really liked the location as it was walking distance to the downtown but in a more quiet area. Thank you so much (and for the platter :) )!!!

Long Weekend with Teens!

We absolutely love spending time in the Thousand Islands! This condo is perfect for our needs. It’s so convenient to be able to park the pontoon boat downstairs in the secure boathouse. Well-equipped, comfortable, convenient boat ride or walk to downtown, laid-back, and fun- what else could you ask for? We will definitely be booking again! One of the kids left their pillow behind and Renee shipped it for us free of charge! We loved the house and the hospitality!
