A bunk bedroom with 4 custom built twin bunks and a queen size custom built Murphy bed that folds down for additional sleeping space.
Across both levels, the home comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests with thoughtful layout to spread out into.

A heated pool – with FREE pool heat and a relaxing hot tub, all within a fully screened enclosure. The side wall of of the house next to the pool features an incredible custom mural painted by Miami based artist Heps Fury! There is also a basketball hoop and a fountain which shoots continuously into the pool!
A large putting green in the front yard for fun-filled competitions
Plenty of deck space on multiple decks, including a spacious south facing (sun all day!) front deck perfect for laying out, morning coffee or sunset cocktails.
A natural gas grill—no propane tanks, no extra cost, always ready to use

Guest Access:
You’ll have full access to the entire home, including the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and outdoor areas. Self check-in is easy with a secure keypad code provided before arrival. Enjoy private parking in the driveway and come and go at your convenience during your stay.

Our home is minutes from the beach, Flagler Ave, and local dining. Easy access by car with quick routes to grocery stores and shops. Rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) are available, and biking is popular in this area. Parking is simple with driveway space at the home. Enjoy exploring New Smyrna!

To help you settle in upon arrival, we provide a starter supply of essential household items. These supplies are intended to get your vacation started and may not last for the duration of your stay.

5–6 trash bags
1 roll of paper towels
1 kitchen sponge
5–6 dishwasher pods
5–6 laundry detergent pods
A handful of dryer sheets
Hand soap
Dish soap
A few basic cleaning supplies located under the kitchen sink
If you anticipate needing additional supplies during your stay, we recommend purchasing them after arrival based on your group's needs and length of stay.
