If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This is a gorgeous sweet property. Clearly it has been redesigned a few times but the overall impression was just lovely. My friend and I had a relaxing time and got just the disconnect we needed. We will probably be back!

Location, Location, Location!! We stayed 10 days and we had never been to the area so we had alot of questions, the staff was absolutely wonderful. Lots of available beach equipment for free. The pool was nice too. Very nice stay can't wait to come back.

This has been a truly amazing vacation! We hunted for fossil shark teeth and found many. Got to see dolphins and sea turtles! The sea shell hunting is great too. Sad to be leaving tomorrow. Will definitely stay here again!

Great communication from the very beginning. Perfect location! Still recovering from storm damage but had everything we needed. Maintenance man was great and was quick to respond!

This was our second stay at the Manasota Beach Club and, once again, they did not disappoint. Check-in was seamless and the cottage was exactly as advertised. We were very comfortable and the space and area were very quiet and relaxing, even with several other cottages being occupied. Our cottage was beachfront and the view was great. There was a turtle nest right beside our deck that the Turtle Patrol checked every morning. We were hoping it would hatch while we were there but no such luck. We did see a gopher tortoise on her nest and wandering the grounds, and had iguanas roaming around, which was fun. We checked out the other amenities on the grounds and they were all very nice and clean. There are lots of great restaurants in the area and we thoroughly enjoyed visiting something different every day. This is one of our favorite places and we will definitely be returning soon. My only ask if if they could fix the water pressure in the shower. Then it would be perfect!

Room is clean. Bed is comfortable. There is a keurig for coffee but if you don't use that kind of coffee then you're out of luck there.A/C works well plus 2 ceiling fans and a floor fan.our room was like an ice box. We used the beach chairs and the kayaks and life vests. The game room is fun as well: ping pong, fooz ball, mini golf put, and more. The pool is heated! The grounds were very natural.loved it here. We had a deck with a view of the sea.
