Please review and agree to the house rules before booking:

• Parking is allowed in the driveway, and at the road. No parking in the grass.

• Please list each guest staying overnight, including children.

• No additional guests may enter the house unless this is approved by the host

• No pets

• No smoking or vaping of any kind

• No parties or events

We take care to keep a very clean home for our guests and take special consideration of allergies guests may have to animals, therefore no pets are allowed. An additional $250 per day will be incurred if a pet is brought to the property, in addition to damage expense.

Guests will have access to the entire house, including the private game room building. Cabinets in the laundry room and under the coffee maker are locked for host supplies.
