The Space:

The unit features a functional kitchenette for your culinary convenience and a private bathroom that guarantees your comfort. Every detail has been curated for your disconnection experience. You have full access to the complex's private beach and pool.



Guest Access:

Exclusive access to your Sak-Beh Studio and your quiet terrace with a view of the back terrain. Also enjoy unlimited access to Arenika's shared amenities: the pool, the palapa, the private beach, the outdoor restrooms, and the controlled parking. Your entry is secure and seamless.



The Neighborhood:

You are in Bahía Petempich, the high-profile destination for those seeking isolation and peace. Here, luxury is the absence of crowds and the connection with unspoiled nature. Keep in mind: This location is an exclusive, remote paradise. For your explorations and provisions, a private vehicle is indispensable, as you will not find services or shops accessible on foot. The vibrant Puerto Morelos is just a comfortable drive away.



Getting Around:

To ensure your experience of tranquility and exclusivity, a private vehicle is mandatory for all your mobility. You will not find public transport or shops on foot. We have ample and secure parking. We suggest planning your provision shopping in advance, so your retreat will be completely uninterrupted.



Other Things to Note:

Plan Your Provisions: Remember, there are no stores nearby. Do your grocery shopping before arriving so you can enjoy your stay worry-free.



Nature: You are immersed in a living ecosystem. It is possible to see local wildlife. Respect for the natural environment is vital.



Cell Signal: Cell reception can be intermittent in the area, but our dedicated WiFi will keep you connected.



Access Keys: To receive your access codes, it is essential that you complete the Registration Form sent via the app.



Important: Replacement for loss of key, cards, wristbands, parking cards or towel has a cost of $20 US each. For each rule that is not complied with, the condominium or the neighborhood committee may charge up to $200 USD penalty or remove or speak to the police for an eviction due to bad behavior. Bookings of 7 nights or more include only 20kw of electricity per night. Excessive consumption will cost $5 pesos per extra kw. With responsible use, they should not exceed it. You have total privacy in the property, however, if a force majeure cause arises where we have to access we will let you know in advance (Floods, leaks, fire, etc).
