Start your mornings with coffee and a good book on the covered porch, take a stroll around Lake Susan, or hike up Lookout Mountain for panoramic views of the mountains and valley below. When you're ready, venture into town to explore Black Mountain's shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, which are just a few miles away, or take a quick 20-minute drive into Asheville for even more entertainment and legendary attractions.

Happy Clan Cottage offers a reverse floor plan. The main entrance, kitchen, full bathroom with laundry, and dining room are on the main floor. The living room, second full bathroom, and all bedrooms are located on the upper level.

• Dining room with seating for 8 and island pass-through seating for 2
• Full bathroom with bathtub and shower combination, and washer and dryer
• Living room with ample seating and 43" 4K Smart Roku TV for streaming
• Covered deck with a variety of seating
