Our fully-furnished, pet-friendly apartments are ideal for monthly and extended stays, featuring full kitchens, spacious layouts, smart tech, and abundant natural light. Unwind by the resort-style pool, work remotely in the coworking lounge, or explore nearby Tempe Town Lake, Cartel Coffee, and all the action on Mill Ave.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.
For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.
