Hi Carlos, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us this review. We always appreciate the feedback. The owners of this unit have replaced the living room couch and carpet this year. We are so sorry that you did not find this unit to your liking, it is always best to go onto our official website so that you can see pictures and virtual tours of all our beautiful units. Every unit is individually owned and looks entirely different inside. We looked at any work orders that were made while you were here staying with us and it looks like you only reported that the handle on the patio slider was loose. That issue has been fixed. Your comfort is key, and while staying with us always let us know if something needs repair and we would be sure to have maintenance look at it for you. Hi Toni, First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We would like to express our apologies that you had a negative experience while staying here at Sand Cay. We want every guest to feel like they are at their "home away from home" while staying with us! This particular unit is in the process of getting updates this summer! Very exciting news!! Hi Luis, We are so sorry that your stay here did not meet your expectations. Our guest's comfort is always key! We love the fact that you have been vacationing here at Sand Cay for 20 plus years! We are very sorry that you were not notified about new refrigerator getting installed , as it was scheduled prier to your arrival, and the company changed the delivery date. Hopefully the fridge was nice and cool for the rest of your stay. : ) If there is ever any maintenance issue while you are staying with us, such as an ac not working, please be sure to let us know as soon as possible, so that we can resolve the issue as soon as we can. We do have scheduled maintenance for the pool 2 to 3 times a week to maintain it, and we apologize if there was a deceased frog, as we were not aware of it. We definitely would have been more than happy to remove it if we had known. Rates did go up by 7% this year, but it has been several years since the last increase. We hope to see you in the future to provide you with a better experience. This unit is in the process of getting updated, and we are very excited to see the new changes ahead. Sand Cay Beach Resort
