You'll have exclusive access to the entire main floor-fully private and separate from the lower level-making it perfect for families, professionals, or anyone seeking a peaceful escape.
Minutes from Hwy 401, 1 hour from major cities (Toronto/London) ideal for mid-term stays, corporate, medical, or insurance placements.
GUEST CHECK OUT LIST CHECK OUT IS AT 10:00AM (unless otherwise arranged)
Please do not make your beds
Gather your linens and put into the bathtub
Remove all personal items from the home
Remove your food/drink from fridge/freezer
Empty coffee grounds/pods from coffee makers
Put any clean dishes where you found them (everything is labelled)
Load dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on
Turn off any appliances, fireplaces, fire tables, lights
If BBQ was used, please scrape the food debris from grill
Take your garbage & recycling home with you
Latch/lock all entry doors before you leave
I ask you to leave the space as you found it
