Guest Access & Parking:
Guests have full access to the entire home. The crescent-shaped driveway accommodates one to two off-street parking spots (Please see driveway note in the listing).

Please note that shed storage is not included.

Special driveway note: Please note that one owner's vehicle is stored at the far end of the driveway. Guests can comfortably park one to two cars in the remaining space. As the full crescent driveway isn’t in use, you’ll simply need to back out when leaving—quick and easy.

Pets:
One well-behaved dog may be considered on a case-by-case basis. If you’d like to bring your dog, please contact the host in advance. Dogs must be fully house-trained, non-barking, and may not be left alone in the house or yard.

The house is on a quiet neighborhood street, just a few blocks up from Hwy 1, providing both easy access to Highway 101 while also feeling tucked away. An outstanding local grocery store, The Good Earth, is just a five-minute drive.
