▪️ This property comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests, but we are happy to consider hosting up to 12 guests if needed.

▪️ Surveillance or recording devices on property. Video recording devices only monitor the exterior of the home. The exterior security cameras are at the front door and side of the house for safety. There are no cameras inside the home.
▪️ We offer options for early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability and fees.
▪️ Mid-stay cleaning and other concierge services are available upon request for an additional fee.
▪️ Before your stay, we’ll ask you to fill out a quick form with the names of all guests, the car registration (with license plate), the driver’s license of the person driving, and the phone number and government ID of the person who made the reservation. Please note that access to the property cannot be provided without this information.
▪️ All guests must check in at the community welcome center to obtain vehicle passes and amenity wristbands. Each driver must present a valid license and registration. Guests must also purchase community amenity wristbands at approximately $12 per person per day, paid directly at the welcome center, for access to community pools, beach, kayaks, paddle boats, and sports courts.
▪️The pool is heated seasonally and is not available year-round.

✔️ Pets are welcome with a fee. Max # of pets: 3. Allowed Pets: 75lbs or less. Pets must be registered and reported to the host. Ensure that they are well-behaved and that you take necessary precautions to prevent any damage and extra cleaning. Pet owners will be responsible for any extra cleaning fees or damages caused.
