Brand New Beautiful HOT TUB• Pet Friendly • Gated Community • Pools, Lakes, & Fireplace.

Fully renovated 3BR/2BA two-story home in a private gated Poconos community. Open-concept living, dining, and full kitchen with a stunning double-sided brick propane fireplace. Private 5 person hot tub, BBQ grill (propane tank replaced as used by guest(s)), outdoor fire pit, (Firewood not supplied) hammocks, and outdoor dining area. Parking for up to 5 vehicles.

Access to 4 pools, 2 lakes, swimming beach, paddle boats, canoes, mini golf, tennis, basketball courts, playgrounds, and dog run. Pets welcome with approval.

Starter supplies included: toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Complimentary wine, bottled water, and light snacks provided.

Community amenity passes available ($12 per person/day; ages 0–3 FREE), charged by community only on days used. The charge is for the pools, lakes, and mini golf. Playgrounds, tennis/basketball courts and dog park no charge.

My daughter has followed in my footsteps and is now a career firefighter as well, which makes me incredibly proud. I’m committed to providing a clean, safe, and comfortable stay and will do everything possible to ensure your visit is smooth, relaxing, and enjoyable.

Nestled in the heart of the Poconos, the community offers a safe, gated setting surrounded by tall pines, quiet roads, and fresh mountain air. Mornings here are calm — coffee on the deck, birds in the trees, sunlight filtering through the woods. Evenings bring a different kind of magic: crisp air, starlit skies, and the glow of the fire pit or fireplace after a day at the lake or pool. The lakes, beach, walking paths, and family amenities create the perfect mix of relaxation and activity. It feels private and tucked away, yet close to skiing, waterparks, shopping, and restaurants. I chose this location because it allows guests to truly unwind while still having everything they need nearby.
