For me I enjoy my stay. The home was clean and spacious, we had a total of 4 adults. The location was great. We were close to great restaurants with great food,that you could walk to, and also a beautiful beach. My host was great, Evan if we didn't meet face to face, communication was great with WhatsApp. And she even checked in to see if we were alright or if we need anything. Which i did appreciate. The only advice I will give is to rent the golf cart or a jeep because there is a lot of speed bumps in the road. We had a hard time coming in and out with our rental. I definitely will recommend this Vrbo property.

July 11–July 20, 2026Party or 4 as the additional two we paid for did not evenly come.We spent 9 nights at Casa Serena and truly enjoyed its layout and fantastic location. Set in a peaceful, lush spot along the golf course within the gated Jolly Harbour community, it felt very safe, cozy, and well-situated—just a short walk or quick drive to the supermarket, beautiful local beaches, and great dining options.Communication with our host, Iris, was top-notch—she was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. For a family of four, the two-story layout offered plenty of space to unwind, and the individual air conditioning units in each room worked perfectly to keep us cool and comfortable against the island heat.That said, given Casa Serena’s prime location and premium price point, standard luxury amenities are expected. A few modernization efforts and thoughtful updates would easily elevate the stay from good to five-star:Laundry, Towels & Basic Supplies: While the listing states there is only a washer and no dryer, in practice, managing laundry—especially beach and bath towels for a family—without a dryer proved to be a major inconvenience. Providing a dryer would make a huge difference.

As Casa Serena is a self-catering villa, we provide a complimentary welcome pack with starter essentials including several rolls of toilet paper, along with a full set of bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, and face cloths for the number of guests booked. The villa is equipped with a washing machine and outdoor clothesline, which is standard for this property and a dryer is not listed in the amenities. Regarding the balcony, there happened to be two birds nesting during your stay. This is not something we typically experience, and as part of respecting the local wildlife, we chose not to disturb the nest. The birds had naturally moved on bwfore the end of your stay, and the issue has since resolved. We truly appreciate your comments, as they help us continue improving the guest experience, and we're pleased you enjoyed your time at Casa Serena. We wish you and your family all the best
