My family of 6 adults 2 kids and 2 dogs were very comfortable in this home. Everyone had room to spread out. We enjoyed the media room too!

Missing supplies & damages

The property was a decent home but there were many cosmetic damages including a cracked window, holes in doors and broken blinds. The cleanliness was lacking as we found quite a bit of trash left on floors, in vases etc, hair left in showers and dirty mirrors. The stovetop was cracked/broken so we didn't feel comfortable using it. We had to ask Derrick to get us trash bags (there was only 1 extra), as well as dish washer soap (none was provided when we arrived). While it met our needs, with the price of the rental, we expected a little better than what it was. Also take extra TP and towels as there was only 1 extra roll per bathroom and 4 towels per bathroom. There were 12 in our party. Kids slept on the floor and my aunt on a couch. It's not truly meant for more than 8 guest unless everyone is ok with sharing a bed.

No kitchen cutlery for the number of people booked. Not enough plates to cover the number of people booked. Bad smell and more already documented sent to you alreadydocumented

Cordova Home

Great location, close to everything and very safe neighborhood. House was large enough for our party of 8. It would sleep 9 comfortably (4 couples and 1 single). Our property manager Derrick was terrific! The house showed its age with cracks in the stovetop, master walls, etc, but was was sufficient for a decent rental. Cleaning crew needs to do a thorough cleaning, it was very dusty and you had to be careful where you put your clothes so they didnt pick up the dust. Unfortunately, the heater downstairs wasnt working when we got there and we froze our butts of the first night, but Derrick offered to bring us blankets and space heaters which we declined only because my family already brought them over for us or I would have taken him up on the offer! I will say having Derrick as our prop manager was the BEST part of the stay because he was easy to get ahold of, adjusted the house temp to where we needed it on a daily basis and was helpful about all our other needs - we truly appreciated this!!! Thank you very much Derrick!

Memphis-Review

Everything was clean and nice, host was very professional and was easy to access for any concerns. The only drawback was that we couldn’t get the dryer to work properly but it was a huge deal. Overall, the property and host is highly recommended.

Large enough for 12. Fun and clean. AC down stairs is 4 portable units. Working well but noisy. The filters were not cleaned. The kitchen is not stocked for family style cooking. Even light meals. Not enough place settings for 12. Close to shopping groceries or housewares. Bring more trash bags, dishwasher soap, paper towels for 12. Convenient to major attractions. Safe neighborhood. The kids had super fun believing it was a castle. The pool table had all working parts.

Let’s say this first we’re gonna give them two thumbs up the place is so beautiful it’s clean

I will give you two thumbs up it was clean. I have this pet peeve about bugs so that was the first thing I check. all of the guess enjoyed themselves. They all made statements concerning how nice it was. Everyone enjoyed themselves as well. I did, too as me being the host of the event. The customer service was excellent if I had to choose, and if anyone asks, where would they like to stay, I would tell them to choose this one keep the good work up .see you on the next go round.

Soccer

Perfect location for a soccer tournament at Mike Rose Soccer Complex. It was about 25 mins away but a beautiful drive there. Close to Restaurants and grocery stores. We had a 5 adults plus 6 kids and had plenty of room and bathrooms. The temperature in the house was controlled by owner, that was the only thing we did not like. But overall it was a nice place.

Beautiful place for memories, comfort and entertainment

It was a beautiful place for a beautiful wedding setting. We used the staircase for the prop for the bride before we headed to the church. Everyone was comfortable.

Great location, good size house but needs some work.

Staying at a home in August w/o upstairs a/c is asking for issues. However, as there was no other options close by we chose to stay anyway. We were provided portable a/c units in most of the rooms but it did keep us from being able to use the entire property & at times the house was extremely hot. We were told that it was a recent issue but w/ all the dust on the window sill & portable unit it may have been going on longer. In addition, the upstairs bathroom tubs did not drain properly, the walls need a fresh coat of paint & the entire house needs a deep cleaning (beyond the basic - baseboards, blinds, decor).

Nice house, needs updating!

Our stay was from Thursday - Sunday, and we were there to celebrate my birthday! The house is lovely and in a great neighborhood; however, the furnishings within the house did not meet our expectations. The media room was very darkly lit, and we could not get the TV to work. Two of the bedrooms did not have TVs available. The Iron did not work. The shower curtain in one of the bedrooms was dirty and molded. There were no cleaning supplies, a half roll of paper towels, and the only trash bags were the ones in the trash cans. We also killed two giant roaches, a spider, and a centipede-looking bug. Someone showed up to treat the lawn, which was fine; however, a heads up would have been great and prevented the shock of seeing someone wander around the house. For the price of the stay, we expected the luxury of a nice hotel with the comfort of a home. Overall, we made the best of the trip and enjoyed our time in Memphis.

Memorial Day in Memphis

The property is in a great neighborhood and conveniently located to downtown Memphis. The kitchen was adequately furnished to easily cook and serve breakfast for eight. Great choice of restaurants within minutes of the home as well. If we ever return to the area we’d definitely stay again.

Quick getaway

Was able to relax and enjoy time with the family. We watched movies and cooked togother and just enjoyed eachs other time. The neighborhood was peaceful and relaxing.

Beautiful home but needs some TLC

While the house was in a great neighborhood, nice and served our needs, for the price, I feel like it could be in a bit better shape. There was a ton of space, kitchen was large (though plates and silverware were a hodgepodge of pieces), the master suite was beautiful, bathrooms seemed clean and kept up and Derrick was helpful and quick to respond. However, most of the blinds were broken, fitted sheets were small and slipped off in the night, many of the bath towels were small and thin and the dishwasher seemed older and didn't work properly, With a little more TLC, I would have given this place 5 stars!

Family Christmas

We the family wanted to do a little something different. The home was very Beautiful and Spacious. It was Christmas ready with Christmas Decor, tree Etc. The only thing is the family couldn't be themselves because of the upscale neighborhood. Didn't want to offend neighbors or be too noisy. But Everyone enjoyed themselves. I would Highly recommend this location to any group. Simply Beautiful and elegant well kept. Thanks

Beautiful Home

Fabulous neighborhood and beautiful home. Check in was easy and Derrick was very welcoming and accommodating. We had more then enough space in the house. The guys loved the pool table and ladies loved the spacious movie room. The kitchen is well equiped for your cooking needs. Overall was very pleased with our stay and when we return will definitely stay there again.
