The tranquil space features a queen bed and a comfortable living area with a queen sofa bed, making it perfect for solo travelers, couples, or guests. The bright, open layout offers a welcoming spot to unwind after a day of beach walks, fishing, exploring local attractions, or simply relaxing by the water.

This condo provides a peaceful stay just minutes from beachfront access, restaurants, and local entertainment.

Our condo is fully equipped for both short-term and long-term stays, so you can settle in and truly enjoy the season.

Locations is great! Next door is Olive Garden, great for lunch or dinner. About 2 miles or more from Downtown Fort Walton Bch! Which has fabulous restaurants and activities.

Jeff ensured we had everything we needed. The place was cozy and spotless. We biked to the locations where we ate and drank. The dolphin cruise was enjoyable, as was the boardwalk. Truly nice people, vendors, and fishermen enjoying life.
Enjoying life, kids raised and gone. We are free.
Ate and drank our way thru all week. 🍹🍸🍺🥂

I'm from Louisville, KY but have been investing in the Fort Walton Beach area for the past few years. I fell in love with the area while vacationing down here and decided I want to retire in Fort Walton some day in the near future god willing. I love to visit the beach, boat on the Santa Rosa Sound from Destin to Navarre and deep sea fish in the Gulf of America. For the last 5 years Ive spent over 1 month a year here so I know the area well. I'm a proud veteran of the Kentucky Army National Guard.

Pirates Bay is a special place, Its so convenient to the Beach, Food, Entertainment and Shopping. I love watching the sunset from the dock and private beach area. The pool is amazing and has never been crowded. I love going to Okoloosa Island Beach then coming back, use the poolside shower to get the sand off and sitting by the pool and enjoy the sunshine. The fishing off the dock is amazing. You can catch monsters with some blue crab bait sold right up the street.

Unit B304 is completely remodeled and has all brand new furniture. The LVD flooring still smells new. This is like staying in a very high end complex at a real affordable price. Sitting on the Balcony overlooking the pool and the Santa Rosa Sound at the start or end of each day is very special and unique to this Condo
