The Osborne House 1930 near Gore Mountain

The Osborne House is a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom restored farmhouse built in 1930 near the base of Gore Mountain. Sweeping views of the Ski Bowl Park and Little Gore from the backyard. Outdoor hot tub with mountain views and plenty of space to spread out make this a great choice for families and larger groups.

Bedroom 3 (upstairs) has a queen bed and a 42 inch TV

Bedroom 5 (upstairs) has a queen bed and a 42 inch TV

Downstairs bathroom has a stand up shower
Upstairs bathroom has a full tub

Kitchen table has seating for 6, kitchen island seats 3
Dining room table with seating for 10

Guests have use of the entire house and have the property to themselves.

Access is via a key code which is provided 72 hours prior to check in.

HOUSE RULES:

Minimum age 25 years to book, booking guest must be present for the entire stay.
No smoking / vaping in the house
There is a hot tub on the property. The guest assumes all liability with hot tub use.
No children under the age of 18 in the hot tub
Never use hot tub alone

Hot tub rules:
The Primary renter agrees to use extreme caution and care in the hot tub on the premises and to pay any and all repair charges for damage caused by the renter or the renter’s family members, guests, invitees, agents, and/or employees.

Renter further agrees that all above-mentioned should shower and clean feet upon use of hot tub.

NO oils, bubble bath, soaps, other liquids, or any other harmful materials will be used in the hot tub.

No glass products whatsoever are allowed in or around the hot tub.

Our hot tub is inspected and cleaned before every stay.

Renter agrees that there will be no horseplay in the hot tub as well as not to sit on, jump on, or misuse the hot tub cover in any manner.

Renter agrees that within 30 minutes of arrival, renter will report any problems with the hot tub.

The renter further agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless 10 Osborne Street and its owners from any and all claims, damages, liabilities, or losses whatsoever arising out of or in any way associated with the renters use of the tub, including but not limited to death, personal injury, or property damage.
