Parking is available for one car in the back of the home, with free street parking also available for additional vehicles.

No Smoking in unit or building. (violation subject to $250 fine)

Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee -$40 per pet. $100 per pet/per month for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.

No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation This extends to the building amenities as well.
