We were extremely excited for this trip. It had the accommodations we needed. It stated sleeps 10 and yet we were charged an extra guest rate for 4 of the 10 guests for the entire stay rather than the two nights that all 10 of us were there. My repeated requests to discuss this charge were completely ignored by the host, The setting was beautiful. The house was accommodating, but very stuffy. Very few windows opened so we had to run fans instead of being able to enjoy the ocean breeze we anticipated. When we got ready to barbecue the propane tank was empty. when asked for a reimbursement of our cost to fill it, she offered to drop the money off. We had a busy day planned so I asked her to put it towards the gratuity for her cleaning crew. To shower guests had to use one of the two bedroom suites. There was no shower available in the main hall bathroom. The dishwasher was not working and in reviewing other reviews, I see that it hadn’t been working for quite some time. It is a beautiful home with awesome views and we had a wonderful time there inspite of the issues.

Family beach trip

While the house was clean, we had several issues. First of all, there is no visible number on the house so we had trouble finding it. When we did, the entry code didn't work and we had to hunt for a garage door opener to get in.Our first batch of dishes in the dishwasher never got clean and there was a puddle of soap in the bottom. We ended up hand washing and drying that batch and every batch thereafter. A repairman was scheduled for the day after we left, which, I'm sure was not the fault of the owner.We had one towel each for the week and, when we went to wash some to reuse, we found kitty litter in the space marked soap so we bought our own soap.The site said if there were more people we would find sleeping bags for the extras but, in spite of the fact that we clearly listed 9 people, no sleeping bags were available.When we emptied the kitchen garbage the first time, we found there were no more liners so we bought those as well.On the night we planned a grilled dinner, we found an empty propane tank.There are very few windows that actually open so the house was like a greenhouse every day.In the living room there are 3 very large plants which, while lovely, were actually in the way.We won't be renting this house again.

Great owner / provider. The beach view is great and wonderful hospitality. The house was a little dated in the kitchen and no real sitting w tv area to relax and watch a movie or TV/Sports. Hoped for more sitting outside w beach views. Thank you

Best beach house

The beds were comfy and had plenty of bedding. The house had a nice beach access and lots of windows for the ocean views. Very much enjoyed our stay!

Gorgeous Views!!

This property has some of the most beautiful views of the beach! I loved that we could walk down a short path directly to the beach. The kitchen, dining room, and living room had plenty of space for all of my family to enjoy the Thanksgiving week together. The loft was a great space for my teenagers to sleep and have their own space. The only thing that was slightly unclear in the listing is the bedroom annex. It is directly connected to one of the master suites with no door between the two. This would be great for young children. I would absolutely recommend this property to family and friends!

Fantastic views!

The property was lovely. The views made the stay. The Owner/Host was very responsive and kind. Tide pools are just a short walk down the beach, and there were no crowds. I would totally stay here again. Plenty of room for family to spread out.

We come to Bandon every year for the past 10 years! The area of this house is are favorite area to be so close to the ocean! We fish walk the beach eat in town all the fish we can get ice cream daily! This year we did jet boat in gold beach! Great Day

Stayed for 5 nights for 7 people. Great property and even nicer landlord, Su. Everything very neat and pretty. Easy communication with Su and a great stay. Highly recommended.

Lovely house at magical beach area

The beach here is indeed magical. It's nice staying so close to it, and to see the wind blowing the coastal plants nearby. The house has ample spaces that flow from one to another, with sunsets lighting them.

Bandon stay

great location, but there were some issues with the house. Not senior friendly, toilets are very low and many of us had difficulty getting up. There needs to be grab bars near toilet and shower. Shower pan in main suite, is very slick when standing. Living room tends to get very hot in late afternoon and there is no way to close the broken drape. No cleaning supplies in kitchen.

Great Peaceful Getaway

Excellent location to the Beach. Beautiful scenery and fantastic views. Walks along the Beach were the highlight of our stay. Enjoyed “Old Town” shopping and eating.
