The apartment sleeps 2 adults in the queen adjustable bed in the bedroom, plus a twin size roll out bed, and a child size chair bed in the living room ($25 one-time fee for setting up and providing bedding for the roll out or chair bed). Features free parking, Wi-Fi, AC, wheelchair access, laundry access, fire pit, and game room with pool table. Ideal base for exploring Portland, Oregon City, Sellwood, rivers and waterfalls,

Our spacious guest apartment is in a quiet, low-traffic residential Milwaukie neighborhood. Our ground-level apartment is elder-friendly and offers off-street parking, bike storage, wheelchair access, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a pool table. You'll find easy access to downtown Portland, scenic drives, and hiking and biking trails.

Perfect for solo travelers or couples. Guests can relax in a terrific living area with air conditioning and heating to keep the temperature just right. The property was exactly as advertised, and the pictures showed. The bed was comfortable…..!!! The shower and bathroom was fully renovated and beautiful. Carol was fantastic. We were fully informed as she showed where everything was. I will definitely be coming back to stay here when in the Portland area. Thank you Carol for everything!!!

I was born and grew up in the Portland area. My husband and I purchased our Milwaukie home in 2003 and added a 900 sf. apartment to one end where my mother lived until 2025. Since then we fully renovated the apartment to use as a short-term rental. We very much enjoy meeting and hosting guests from all over the world. We work hard to insure that we meet our guest expectations and that they have a 5-star experience.

We chose this property because it is 1/2 acre in a quiet, low-traffic area, with easy access to Portland, freeways, and offers great local shopping, restaurants, and services. We are surrounded by three rivers, the Willamette, Clackamas and Columbia where we are just a minutes away from scenic, historic, and natural areas. Our home is two hours from the Oregon coast, 1 1/2 hours from Mt. Hood, and 1 hour from the entry to the wonderous Columbia River Gorge.

This fully furnished 1-bedroom guest apartment is perfect for couples, solo travelers, or small groups seeking a peaceful stay near Portland. The space features a cozy bedroom, a welcoming living area, and a private infrared sauna—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Located in a quiet Milwaukie neighborhood, you’ll enjoy a calm setting while still being just minutes from downtown Portland, Sellwood shops and restaurants, and outdoor spaces.

Just 15 minutes to downtown Portland. Near Sellwood shops and restaurants. With easy access to parks and riverfront trails. In a quiet, safe residential area. We offer free dedicated off-street parking for two vehicles.

The area is ideal for walking and biking, with convenient access to stores, parks, rivers, restaurants, the Max light-rail, freeways, and downtown Portland.

The kitchen is fully equipped and features a full-size refrigerator a
dishwasher, two-burner induction cooktop, microwave, convection oven, and several small appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room with provided detergent and dryer sheets.

Amenities include a smart 42" TV, indoor electric fireplace, a covered patio, outdoor eating area, fire pit, sauna, a horseshoe pit, and a game room with a pool table, board games, and a treadmill.

The laundry room is shared with owners with locking doors to both living spaces for security. We kindly ask that guests use the laundry for personal items only. If you would like a fresh set of sheets or towels during your stay, please let us know.
