Milwaukie Guest Apartment – Quiet Retreat Near Portland w/ Infrared Sauna

Our affordable, spacious ground-level apartment is located in a quiet, low-traffic Milwaukie neighborhood with easy access to Portland's city center and PDX. The apartment is completely separate from the main house, connected only by a shared laundry room with a locking door between the apartment and laundry area. Your privacy is important to us.
The apartment includes free off-street parking for two vehicles, AC, WiFi, and a washer and dryer.
Sleeping Arrangements
The apartment accommodates up to 3 adults and 1 child.
Queen adjustable bed in the bedroom.
Twin rollaway bed available for a third adult.
Child-size pull-out bed available for one child.
The additional sleeping arrangements are available upon request so we can prepare the appropriate bedding. Guests 3 and 4 may not sleep on the sofa, floor, or other furniture.
Families traveling with a young child are welcome to bring their own Pack 'n Play, travel crib, or other appropriate portable sleeping arrangement and bedding. Guests are responsible for providing and setting up their child's sleeping arrangement.
Please let us know before arrival which additional sleeping arrangement(s) you need so we can have them prepared.

The apartment was just as described it fit what we needed perfectly. Carol was a great host. She shared places to go and see and we got fresh tomatoes from her garden. The game room was a lot of fun, we played many rounds of pool and darts. Would definitely book here again.

The host Carol had a detailed description of most of the household items, as well as providing pretty much everything necessary for our stay. She was very helpful, accommodating, thoughtful and thorough. Highly recommended.

The property was exactly as advertised, and the pictures showed. The bed was comfortable…..!!! The shower and bathroom was fully renovated and beautiful. Carol was fantastic. We were fully informed as she showed where everything was. I will definitely be coming back to stay here when in the Portland area. Thank you Carol for everything!!!

Now, we enjoy meeting new people while providing a quality, private, safe, and comfortable space where guests can relax and explore our area. Making sure our guests have a wonderful stay is our top priority.

We chose this property because it is 1/2 acre in a quiet, low-traffic area, with easy access to Portland, freeways, and offers great local shopping, restaurants, and services. We are surrounded by three rivers, the Willamette, Clackamas and Columbia where we are just a minutes away from scenic, historic, and natural areas. Our home is two hours from the Oregon coast, 1 1/2 hours from Mt. Hood, and 1 hour from the entry to the wonderous Columbia River Gorge.
